Your Intention Determines Your Outcome.... What quality- what thought will help you realize the unlimited potential that you are? What is Your intention for Your new day- for your new moment? Where does your focus need to be?

What affirmation/mantra can you choose to keep you focused?

... I AM FEARLESS, I AM BALANCED & RADIANT, I AM FREE FLOWING BEAUTY, I AM LOVE, I AM FIERCE, I AM FREE.... ?

Do you need to "Kali Up"? ...Come on-

GRAB A SWORD AND SLAY SOME DEMONS!

Practice this simple technique throughout your day and let yourself be the Amazing You that you were meant to be!

Come to a comfortable seated or reclined position. Take a few slow, deep breathes allowing the belly to soften and expand on the inhalation and contract slightly on the exhalation. Allow Your eyes to gently close, if they are not already and notice what there is to notice about your current state. Do judge what you are feeling or thinking or what you think you should be feeling or thinking. Simply observe what is there and be grateful. Continue breathing slowly softly and deeply.

And now, breath by breath, allow the inhalation to circulate throughout & scan the body. . Allow the exhalation to release any areas of tightness & tension that may discover. Go slowly, you can get so use to carrying tension that you may not recognize it initially. Consciously choose to release any tension that you may notice with each out breath.

Bring your hands up to your heart and breath into this space for a few breaths. Observe, & then clear some space...

Set your Intention; What quality do you need to focus on? What will help you realize Your Unlimited Potential & release Your true Self? Choose an affirmation...

For a few breaths focus on bringing your Affirmation into Your heart space- breathing it into this area . For a few more breaths focus on inhaling Your mantra into Your heart space and exhaling it throughout your body.... into your heart- exhale throughout the body.... Continue to repeat Your Affirmation/Mantra to yourself or out loud for as long as seems appropriate for you..

Sit silently for a few moments appreciating the amazing You that you are.

When You feel ready gently open Your eyes - You are ready to Bring it!
